Welcome to Free-Ur-Heart Ministries

I found my voice through Free-Ur-Heart ministries this year. I learned a lot about me and who I am. I’ve always been able to encourage and inspire but this year I discovered a new gift FREEDOM. Because of Free- UR - Heart Ministries
I am able to share my flaws, I take more risks, and I’ve learned to address my insecurities without being embarrassed. It’s extremely hard to share with others where I fall short because I’m constantly judged because I’m the youth and young adult director, or because I’m considered to be a “church girl” - I am never label as human.
Now I’m letting you know I am a walking testimony, and yes I make mistakes but I am able to inspire other women that we can get back up again and again.
The most important young lady in my life is my oldest God daughter London, who lived with me for years. I used to think it was cute title to be her God mom... but the older she got, her mother’s health started to decline. And Ms. Michelle would always say take care of our London. I never knew how much weight a God mom holds after the parent leaves Earth. This year has been an emotional journey for London and I.  After her mom  passed away I stepped into a new set of shoes from just taking her out to have fun to having a quiet conversation to heal her wounded heart. Because of London I’m listening, leading, laughing, loving, and living in the moment . . . all while executing the myriad details of life with aplomb.   “Talk about a Breakfree  moment  at the Break Free Women’s Workshop

A silent fight was so empowering for me. I enjoyed this seminar the most because it was deep, raw and uncut . Discussing mental health is such an enclosed topic that people are afraid and ashamed to talk about . This seminar showed me the many faces of people who deal with mental health issues, the different types of mental health issues we face , and most importantly how to manage it . That was the most important part , learning how others have dealt with it and having resources we can go to that’s out there and not publicized. I felt the energy in the building and it was amazing , I was blown away by the stories I heard but more so by the strength of the people telling their stories. One of my favorite parts with each seminar is the incorporation of the Lord. His presence is felt on an all time high .its gets no better than that . These seminars are jam packed with information on important topics and special people who have been through life just like me . It’s so real and in your face that it makes you think about what was discussed on your own time . These seminars make you want to get involved in a major way . Thank you Browneisha for creating an open discussion platform that helps people to not only listen , but be heard and get the healing needed just by BREAKING FREE and talking to people who understand.

I was excited about attending Break Free 2018 because Browniesha and I had spoken on the same panel and I was immediately drawn to her gifts and power.  But nothing could have prepared me for how nice and well thought out everything was at the event.  The speakers were great and the content they delivered was what I needed on that day.  The location and decorations were on point. The nuggets I picked up and apply to this day, the relationships and connections I made have all improved my life drastically.
